Strengthening Our Estimating Team with Expert Engineers

To support our expanding operations and client base, we’ve bolstered our control panel estimating and tendering capabilities by welcoming two experienced professionals to our team:

• Lauren Hill – Senior Estimating and Tendering Engineer

• Jasmine Jones – Estimating Engineer

Their technical expertise will enhance our ability to deliver accurate, cost-effective quotations, fast turnaround times, and solutions tailored to each client’s application — from industrial automation to renewable energy integration.

Lauren Hill: Senior Estimating and Tendering Engineer

Lauren brings 17 years of experience in engineering estimation and project planning, with a background in construction and M&E services. Her path to engineering began during a university gap year, which sparked a passion that led her from Engineering Assistant to Estimating Manager — and now, to Quantum Controls.

“Quantum Controls is a rapidly expanding business, and I was excited to join the team and contribute to its future growth,” Lauren shared.

Lauren leverages automation tools, historical cost data, and process optimisation to drive greater efficiency in tendering. Her deep knowledge of control panel systems and engineering workflows positions her as a key asset in supporting our long-term growth strategy.

Jasmine Jones: Estimating Engineer

Jasmine brings nearly seven years of dedicated experience in control panel estimation and commercial project support. She began her journey in July 2018 and quickly developed a strong interest in the fast-paced, technically rich environment of engineering estimation.

“Estimating gave me a foundation in both commercial and technical areas, and I found a real passion for it. It’s incredibly rewarding to be involved in projects from infrastructure to bespoke installations.”
