What is a Distribution Panel?
A distribution panel is the point where electrical power is controlled and distributed to multiple circuits or pieces of equipment.
In temporary applications, such as live events, construction sites, warehouses and temporary facilities, a distribution panel allows a main electrical supply to be safely distributed to a number of smaller circuits.
Distribution panels can range from compact single-phase units through to large three-phase systems, with the number and type of outgoing circuits configured to suit the requirements of the installation.
