Core functions
Safely switch electrical supplies on and off.
Provide local control and isolation of electrical systems.
Help protect equipment, cables and circuits against electrical faults.
Panel comparison
A switchgear panel generally has a main incoming protection device, such as an MCB, MCCB or ACB, designed primarily to switch, isolate and protect the electrical supply.
A control panel also has a main incoming supply, but incorporates additional control circuits and functions around it, such as motor control, switching, monitoring and automation.
Designed for your application
Every installation has different protection and distribution requirements. Our in-house team can help specify and design switchgear solutions based on your supply, connected load, protection requirements and application.
From selecting the appropriate protection device through to panel configuration and enclosure requirements, we can help develop a solution suited to your project.
Understand the supply and connected equipment.
Help determine the appropriate MCB, MCCB or ACB arrangement.
Specify the switchgear and enclosure to suit the application.
