Sewage Pumping Station
We were asked to visit a Sewage Pumping Station with two submersible pumps and provide a quotation for a new control panel to replace the existing one which had been modified and kept needing regular maitenance due to the age and condition.
We attended site to survey the installation and noticed the GRP kiosk the panel was housed in was also in poor condition.
We built the new control panel in line with the clients specification and procured a new GRP kiosk which we fitted out with the necessary supplementary equipment. The kiosk was custom built to match the existing concrete plinth of the existing one. A new Ultrasonic Level Controller and Telemetry unit were fitted as part of the installation.
On completion the client attended a Factory Acceptance Test at our workshop and approved the operation of the panel along with setting up the telemetry unit during the visit.
At a date suitable for the client we arranged shipment to site of the finished kiosk with the control panel mounted inside it. This allowed our client to completely remove the old pumping station control panel and install and set to work the new one inside a day.
