How Does It Work?

During Normal Office Hours
During normal office hours, please telephone our Customer Support Centre on 0330 9000 247. The Service Co-ordinators will direct your call.
Monday to Thursday: 08:00–17:00
Friday: 08:00–16:00Except public holidays or other days when the Quantum office is closed.

Outside Office Hours
Outside normal office hours, at weekends and on public holidays, the Quantum on-call engineer can be contacted by calling 0330 9000 247. Please give the following information:
- Your company name
- Your name
- Your telephone number for our engineer to call
- The system type for which support is required
The duty engineer will be contacted and, in turn, call you back.

Agree the Next Steps
The correct course of action will then be decided between the on-call engineer and the client.
